Hodaia.ro complies with the provisions of Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, which gives the buyer the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving them without penalties and without justification. According to the provisions of this ordinance, the products can only be returned if they are in the same condition in which they were delivered, including the packaging.

Products that show signs of consumption or wear, with the packaging opened or unsealed, that show physical changes, traces of use, shards, scratches, shocks, etc. are not accepted for return. If you are considering returning a product, please make this decision before opening it. The right to return a product, provided for in Article 9 of Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014, exists to allow you to examine the product as you would in a store, not to give you 14 days of free use.

Please note that return is not accepted if the products have been used or tested. During the verification procedure, it is ascertained whether they have been unwrapped and tested. If the products have been unpacked, the return will not be accepted. These products will be returned to you by courier, with cash on delivery. PRODUCTS SOLD ONLINE ARE NOT SAMPLES, so please be careful to choose exactly the product you want.

If you want to return a product purchased from www.hodaia.ro, please follow the following steps:

Step 1. Inform us of your intention to return the purchased product

You can do this by email at office@hodaia.ro with the subject “Request for return" to inform us about the request to withdraw from the purchase. Please specify your full and correct name, the e-mail address used to register the account, order number, invoice number and date of issue;

Please inform us about your return preferences, namely if you want to replace the product with another existing product in stock or if you want us to refund the value of your product. If you want to receive a refund, please send us an IBAN account in Romanian lei (RON) to return the amount.

Within a maximum of 48 hours we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to confirm the return procedure, if the application meets the mandatory application conditions for the purchased products.

Step 2. Prepare the package and contact the courier

If you have reached this step, please ask the courier to pick up the package. According to Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, you will bear the transport costs.

ATTENTION: Packages sent specifying delivery payment by SC Hodaia Cosmetice SRL will be refused!

The package will contain the product you want to return, properly packaged so as not to be damaged during transport, in a closed box with adhesive tape (preferably in the same box in which you received the product). Please also return the product with the accompanying documents. If you received promo or gift products, you will need to return them intact. Attach the completed and signed return request to the package.

Don't forget to specify that the transport payment is made to the sender. Packages with the transport payment to the consignee will be refused.

Step 3. Package pick-up

After you have asked the courier to pick up the package, you will most likely be contacted on the same day or the next day to send the package. You will have to pay the shipping cost, and send the package to the following address:

Step 4. Receipt of returned products

Once the package has reached us, it will be checked to determine that the returned product meets the return conditions. If the returned product does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.

We will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the final results within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Step 5. We refund your money or replace your product

If you have opted for a refund and the product you returned meets the return conditions, we will transfer your money to the account specified in your return form. The money will be visible in your account within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment the product physically reaches us.

If you wish to replace the product and it meets the return conditions, we will contact you as soon as possible in order to replace and ship the new product. Cost of shipping the desired product is borne by you, if the order does not meet the value conditions to benefit from free shipping.
